K03 to K4 Height Adjuster Upgrade
Its design allows you to set the sharpening angle faster, easier, and with greater precision. All moving elements of the lift are locked with one hand, ensuring secure fixation in the selected position.
Three-step Angle Setting
The system offers three methods of angle adjustment:
- coarse adjustment (up to 1° accuracy) using the slider;
- fine adjustment (up to 0.1° accuracy) using the rack-and-pinion height adjuster;
- ultra-fine adjustment (up to 0.01° accuracy) using the micro-adjustment mechanism.
The micro-adjustment assembly allows angle changes with precision finer than 0.1°, which is especially useful for burr removal and when working with ultra-fine abrasives. The micro-adjustment is locked with an eccentric lever. When left unlocked, the lever visually indicates that fixation is required before operation.
Matte Black Anodizing
The main body components of the lift are made from aerospace-grade aluminum with a matte black anodized finish. This is not just an aesthetic choice, but a technical solution that improves the durability of the product. The coating protects the metal from corrosion and minor mechanical damage, resists fading over time, and withstands environmental exposure. The pleasant matte surface requires minimal maintenance while preserving the professional appearance of your tool throughout its service life.
K03 Mounting Instruction
This height adjuster is compatible with the TSPROF K03 sharpening systems. Installation requires removing the two mounting screws located at the bottom of the sharpening system stand using a 3 mm hex key. Install the TSPROF K4 rack-and-pinion lift and secure it with the screws.
