Arkansas Translucent Sharpening Stone (3000-5000 JIS)

Arkansas natural abrasive stones are some of the best natural sharpening stones. They are mined in the mountains of Arkansas, the USA.

The stone is supplied without a mounting blank!

Arkansas Translucent — is a polishing stone. The translucent stone can be used as a finishing stone after soft and hard Arkansas stones.

Arkansas Translucent stone can be used alone to to bring a slightly dulled edge back to sharp and polished.

• Grit: 3000-5000 (JIS scale).
• Material: novaculite (microcrystalline quartz).

Recommendations: Natural Arkansas Stones do not require soaking in water. We recommend to use oil.
