TSPROF Alpha 160/125 (100 Mesh grit) is suitable for finishing and polishing of the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha — are unique resin-bonded diamond stones with smooth surface processing quality and the highest wear resistance. Thanks to many experiments, we succeeded in achieving the best combination of bonding agent and concentration of abrasive particles.

TSPROF Alpha Diamond Bars will handle any steel up to 70 HRC with no problem.

Each bar is thoroughly prepared and does not require first-time preparation, which ensures minimal variations in thickness within ±0.1 mm.

TSPROF Alpha abrasives are glued to an aluminum blank with 45° bevels (edge pro form factor) for secure clamping in the abrasive holder.

The bars are packaged in individual blister packs.

Due to production peculiarities, the width and length of the abrasive may deviate from the values specified in the description by up to 5%.

Recommendations for use: work with sharpening oil.

Warning. These bars require careful work: do not apply pressure on the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip of the knife), do not allow the abrasive to come off the blade and do not allow the bar to fall on hard surfaces.

If you feel that the stone started leaving unwanted scratches during sharpening, you should lap / flatten the abrasive on a tempered glass with water.
