TSPROF Kadet K2 is the next step in the evolution of Kadet series. Ready to sharpen right out of the box, the Kadet K2 packs everything you need for fast, precise, and comfortable sharpening into a compact design. Building on the best features of the Kadet family, the K2 sets a new standard for portable sharpening systems.

Flip the knife quickly without re-clamping or losing the sharpening angle. The redesigned swiveling mechanism automatically locks the clamping arm into position after each rotation. Simply press the clamping arm down, rotate the knife, and it locks securely in place.
You can adjust the locking tension using the central screw:

Kadet Quick Clamps are a compact version of the TSPROF Quick Clamps, designed specifically for the Kadet sharpening system. They feature the same quick-release mechanism that allows you to secure or release a knife in a single motion — no screwdriver required for routine clamping.
The redesigned, shorter body reduces overall system size while maintaining excellent rigidity and reliable blade retention.
Built from durable aluminum and steel components, Kadet Quick Clamps combine speed, precision, and convenience, making knife changes faster and more efficient whether sharpening a single blade or working through multiple knives.
Kadet Quick Clamps securely hold knives with blade spine thicknesses up to 7 mm (0.28") and blade lengths up to 330 mm (13"), making the system suitable for everything from compact EDC knives to large kitchen and outdoor blades.

The redesigned steel base provides greater stability, keeping the sharpening system in place during use. Non-slip rubber feet absorb vibration and help prevent movement, ensuring a solid, secure platform for consistent sharpening.

The setting of the sharpening angle is done with a rack-and-pinion height adjuster that moves the swiveling mechanism body along the arc-shaped rack. The geometry keeps the knife's cutting edge at the center of rotation, maintaining a consistent sharpening angle throughout the adjustment range.
The arc-shaped rack is machined from a single piece of aluminum and integrated with a precision rack-and-pinion height adjustment mechanism. Once the desired angle is set, the locking lever securely fixes the swiveling mechanism body in place.
With a sharpening angle range of 12° to 28° per side, the Kadet is versatile enough to handle virtually any knife—from kitchen and hunting knives to folding and compact EDC blades.

Kadet K2 comes with the Glide hinge unit. It provides smooth running of the guide rod without jamming or friction. The brass bushing ensures smooth operation and eliminates backlash when sliding.
To park the rod with the Glide unit, you just have to place the rod in the parking position, and it will stay in place due to the frictional force of its own weight.
The entire body features a black matte anodized coating. This is not just about aesthetics; it is a functional upgrade that improves the system’s durability.
The coating protects the metal from corrosion and minor mechanical damage, does not fade over time, and is resistant to environmental exposure. The tactile matte surface requires minimal maintenance, preserving the clean, professional look of your tool throughout its entire service life.
The TSPROF Kadet Pro is compatible with all clamps from the Pioneer, Kadet Pro, K03 and K4 sharpening systems including the small universal table for sharpening of various cutting tools and other parts.
The convenient folding mechanism allows you to disassemble the Kadet, and its weight of just 2 kg (4.4 lbs) makes it both stable during sharpening and easy to carry in a case or even a backpack, enabling you to take precision sharpening wherever you go.
Kadet Pro sharpening kit includes 5 diamond plates of various grit, from Extra Coarse to finishing (Very Fine). These plates do not require breaking in, soaking in water, or the use of oil.
